We have a customer who is looking for scheduled recurring Message Trace reporting, to be able to see all emails sent and received in the last 24/48 hours and have the results emailed as an Excel.
Currently we can see a way to schedule the Message Trace report, but it continues to send the same time period. e.g. if I create the scheduled report at 9.00am on 6th November I will only get the mail in the 48 hours I specified when I created the report. I won’t get 48hrs of mail back from when the next scheduled report is created. i.e. on 7th November I will still get mail from 4th – 6th November and not 5th – 7th.
Do we have an option to say the time period required for the scheduled report is "last 24/48hours" from when the scheduled report is sent, rather than when the schedule was created?
