Best way to navigate in reports?

Post by Next365 »

CoreView has a lot of reports and finding the right one or the most used ones is not so easy.
What are the best ways to optimize navigation and usage of the platform?

There are different ways to optimise your flow in CoreView.
  • Filter reports: this is the easiest way to search in Analyze, Audit and also in Management Wizard
  • Saved reports: from any reports you can create custom views and save them. They will be visibile in Views for the source report used, but also on Saved reports section of the menu
  • Favorites: mark the reports you use more often as favorite and they will be available in top section of your menu

Maybe we should enable operator to customise menu and actions visibility using our RBAC functionalities.
Currently TenantAdmin can define what is allowed and visible, we can create a personal RBAC that any operator can use to customise items visibility.

I have created a UserVoice idea for this. If you think this can be helpful, please vote here: https://coreview.uservoice.com/forums/9 ... /41794651
